Once you make your purchase you will receive an order confirmation. It takes us 1-2 business days to ship your order and once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
All international orders will be sent with United States Postal Service. There may not be tracking information available between the package leaving the US and arriving at your local post.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. When you make a purchase from Namaari, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.
We ship 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, except for major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin being processed on Mondays.
Please add 1-2 days for processing time from when your order is placed to when it is shipped.
Please allow 10-21 days for your order to arrive.
